They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were met, The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The process moved very quickly, the one thing that I would have liked is for them to ask if we wanted a secod opinion, maybe its the fear of starting the radiation, we just found out about the throat cancer yest., still in shock, but felt kind of like "WE are your choice" just scared I think..the Chemo Dr. is one that I can't find on line? Haven't met him yet, recomended by Dr. Thomas . Staff and Dr. are very likeable
