They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
We had flown to Seattle to see a different doctor and were referred at the last minute to Dr. Saperstein. There was some confusion in the referral process, but Kristan, the nice woman at the front desk, listened to our concerns and got Dr. Saperstein to go for a face-to-face meeting with the first doctor. He returned with a detailed understanding of our situation. After that, it was smooth, confident sailing - friendly and never rushed.
