Horrible Experience. Had an appt 5/31/22 at 10 am. They even texted me 5/30/22 to confirm which I did. I show up at 9:55 am. Waited and waited, while 4 people who came in after me were taken in. The office staff exhibited no regard for patient time and no professionalism. I had an 11 am customer appt. Left the officer angry and very disappointed. I have been Dr. Ken's patient for last 15+ years and the staff has not acted this low in the past. I don't treat my customers this way.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. The ladies in the office are fantastic, and the Doctors are super nice and very friendly. Would highly recommend them (and have) to anyone who need the services they offer.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
