They were located in a safe neighborhood. They had a good magazine selection, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. The doctor listened to every question or concern I had and was patient and helpful in answering those questions. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and got me in quickly. He is one of the most courteous, respectful surgeons I've ever met. Dealing with Dr. Hanan is great. He listens, is concerned and I felt totally at ease with him. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
