Up to date information on current practice, lenses and what works for my age, vision etc... Took their time, answered questions, called when glasses arrived, adjustment tweaks anytime. I would highly recommend Optical Matters and have already done just that.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Seating is arranged near products, so I can browse while I wait. They are always informed on my insurance, so if there's a special they can even customize for me, they do that. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Their approach is very thorough, and we've been able to find glasses, contacts, clip ons, and sport lenses all in one place. This is THE MOST pleasant vision experience we've ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these people.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The one thing I love about them is that they always help me out when I need my glasses repaired or adjusted. They always fix my glasses pretty quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them.
