Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home
