The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They made an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They listened to every question or concern I had. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and it was very clean. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Dr. Williams is AMAZING with children, both of my children were very comfortable there and extremely happy! She is also very informative and kind to the parents! I used one other dentist office for children in Covington, and there is no comparison! This is my childrens dentist for as long as they are able to come here or we move. We're sold!!

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

There is no comparison!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
