In addition to receiving exceptional care, I was not as impressed with how friendly and polite the staff were and how responsive the staff. were when I had an urgent question.I ended up with not getting a timley response .

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. The waiting area here is rather cramped. The ND is rushed, not caring enough to notice when a patient needs extra care, does not respond to phone calls.

Thanks to Dr. Julia I have answers to the many medical problems I've had for years, ones that mainstream Docs said "I don't know, I can't see anything wrong." And most importantly I am working towards health again. I can't thank her enough!!

I was comfortable and relaxed while waiting for my appointment.

I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Dr. Greenspan is extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent LISTENER. Which is not always easy to find in a doctor. She takes all your concerns very seriously. She always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. She always listens to every question or concern I may have.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
