My experience was the opposite of the favorable one listed below. I always had a long wait, scheduling appointments was a difficult process, and once I finally saw the doctor he was always so rushed to move on as quickly as possible that he would skip over things he should not have. For example, when I inquired about surgery, Randall was so eager to proceed he didn't even discuss the possible problems. Why? I think he has taken on so many patients that he doesn't have enough time to give good care. Several times, it took days to weeks to get the correct prescription for medication while I suffered in pain because of poor communication. Same problem with test results. They ignored me and didn't call with test results. I had to be the one to always make the follow up care phone call. Same problem in general with any communication. Just getting a return phone call was a 50/50% shot. This practice herds you like cattle and provides impersonal, slow, and poor care.
Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
