I feel better than I have in years after working with them. I've never had so much energy or been so flexible. I never have to wait on this trainer, in fact, they are ALWAYS ready for me when I arrive. They are so prepared and always on time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. We do the funnest, most exciting workouts, and never do the same thing twice unless I request it. I never get bored with this trainer, you can tell they work really hard to keep their clients motivated and excited to work out.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
