They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
