I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me, I was ten mins early to my appt.and wasn't seen until an hour later. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients, if you want an assistant working in your mouth as oppose the dentist then this is your place. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They were extremely late to all my appointments. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to. I work in a medical office and know how important customer service is. I waited an hour before I left. Not once did they tell me how much longer it would be or apologized for the wait when it was really slow. THREE patients that came in AFTER me were taken in first. The girl explaining my dental benefits didnt even seem like she knew what she was talking about. I chose this office because I read good reviews and was closer to home. I will be going to my previous dentist and happily drive the 30 minutes than ever going back here! I will NEVER go back to this place and recommend no one else either.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
