I was kept waiting despite a pre-scheduled appointment. I also did not see a dentist, but only the hygienists and it was our very first (and last) visit. Unsavory characters in waiting room in a bad area of town, though I didn't realize it when I scheduled. It is now taking a week for them to fax a simple release form after a cancelled appointment because they didn't do it prior to our appointment. Not happy. Never going there again.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. I was in agony for days that I know could've been avoided. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.
