Dr. Egan is a great doctor. I came to her with my allergy issues and she diagnosed me and gave me a solution. In 3 days, my symptoms and severe allergy issues went away!! She also did my deviated septum surgery and did a great job! When I had to call the next day because I had questions, she immediately returned my call. Her office and staff are very nice and punctual - I never have to wait very long for anything. Dr. Egan listens well and gives her honest opinion. I highly recommend her as an ENT. She ROCKS!

. TERRIBLE!!!!! Horrible experience.
My daughter had a piece of plastic stuck in her nose. She is only 2 and she was really scared. Dr. Egan was not able to touch her, much less look up her nose to see the object. She recommended my daughter needed to be sedated and tried to make an appointment for a later date. I dind't make the appointment with her and called my insurance and found another doctor in-network that performed the procedure.
Tow months later we get a bill for $300, since she didn't accept our insurance.
We called her, left messages, sent her a letter and a fax, and no response from her. Her biller is soooo RUDE, every time we would call she will hang up on us. A month later they have sent our bill to collections.
We wanted to work with her and see if she would gave us a discount since she really didn't do much for us, and also help us with a payment plan. NOTHING!
All we got was a rude biller and a mark on our prefect credit score.
Really bad. There are so many other doctors to go to, DON"T GO TO HER!!!!!!

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Being a man I had no idea nor did I care anything about facial blemishes or age spots until my wife suggested a visit to Dr. Egan. I am glad I did.
Dr. Egan recommended a procedure to remove a few of my blemishes and age spots. The treatment was very successful utilizing bleaching pads at home and an in office “Intense Pulsed light therapy” treatment.
I am very satisfied with the results of my treatment and Dr. Egan’s services. She is very knowledgeable and personable with excellent communication skills.

I highly recommend Dr. Egan. I was very concerned about a growth in my throat. She quickly diagnosed the problem and within a couple of weeks, I was scheduled for surgery and she removed the growth/polyp. I had a quick and easy recovery. She is very professional and answered all my questions.

Great experience for a serious concern. Everything was handled extremely well. HIghly recommend to anyone with breathing problems at night. Start here. You may find it is not sleep apnea. absolutely be going back. They were so kind and attentive to me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Dr. Egan is really a very special person and she has made me feel very comfortable talking with her about my problems, both for a lingering ear infection that had been inadequately treated before she went the extra analytical mile, but also for my hyper-pigmentation that has plagued me for a number of years now. Her line of products have started lightening black marks on my face that were depressing me after a lifetime of beautiful skin, and I have been able to cut way back on makeup. Soon I know I'll once again be able to go outside without makeup like I used to, and I coulnd't be more grateful.
