I went to Dr, Egan for some advice a few months ago, and I can say now. I am one very happy patient! I am 48 years old and have been dealing with acne on and off all my life.

She has developed a product line that actually works! I don’t even know how many thousands of dollars I have spent trying to get it “right” over the years. I have tried the “best” department store skin lines; I’ve tried other dermatologist’s skin lines, as well as the lines you can buy at chain stores.

All I can say is that hers WORKS! I honestly can not believe how quickly it works, how easy it is, and how good it feels on my skin. I take one of the items with me in my purse and use it after the gym. Best of all the line is very reasonably priced. She is not pushy about it either; it was my curiosity that got me into the line. I am so happy that I found her. Don’t walk, RUN!

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I felt very involved in my treatment method here. They made me feel like my opinion mattered and carefully listened to all of my input in regards to treatment.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
