Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. Amazing how much pain I was living with and how wonderful life now is without it!!! I am totally sold on the line of health drinks and supplements that I have been using.... truly makes a world of difference. And I know that I am finally getting everything my body needs every day. Thanks so much!

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
