Great service but he provides a quick adjustment so he can bill insurance for your 1 hour plus massage. It is a shady way of milking the insurance companies and keeping our rates up. To me, it is not a legitimate way of doing business. he spends 2 minutes with you bills the ins company high numbers and pays his massage therapist very little. A win win for Dr Dave (not a doctor) and the patient gets a massage on the insurance company.

Dr. Dave is phenomenal! I have been twice with a very very irritated back and both times Dr. Dave not only helped me drastically, but got me in at last minutes notice! You cannot go wrong when going there! Also, he talks through what is going on with your back and body to help you avoid any mistakes that may have been occurring without you knowing!

I started going to Dr. Dave 9 months ago and have never felt better. My sinus infections have been none existent since my adjustments and I am no longer tight due to his amazing massage therapists. He is gentle and I feel comfortable under his care. I sit at my desk for 8-9 hours a day and without their expert help I would be taking more sick days at work. They have a friendly environment where I can go and relax and know my needs will be met every time. Prevention and wellness is huge for me and his office is the best.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

I have a chiropractor right down the street from me, and I could go there, but I would rather travel 23 miles to go to Dr. David Gilligan’s office. Why?

Great service from him and his staff. He always knows what my problem is and how to fix it. When I make an appointment, I am always seen right away. I don’t think I ever had to sit and read a magazine in his office!

My most recent visit was for a sacro-iliac dysfunction. When I described the symptoms, Dr. Dave knew right away what it was and told me I would be feeling better in about 3 visits. Sure enough, he was right.

I have also been to see him for injuries from a car accident, with neck and back pain. Between the electrical stimulation machine, the icepacks, the therapeutic ultra-sound and the adjustments, I always walked out of there feeling better than when I went in.

Dr. Dave is gentle, compassionate, always cheerful, and most of all, he gets results.

He also has a massage therapist in the office, who is very good, and I understand there is a new decompression table as well.

So, it’s painful at the gas pump to travel to see Dr. Dave, but my pain goes away once I’m leaving his office.
