I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
