They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

No, it didn't taste good at all
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
No, there weren't many to choose from

Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
