i WAS tolled XRay and exam was free, It's written on their front window, but they charged me $25.00ray, and $25 for a Peridex Oral Rinse and tolled me it was 50% off just for me, when I looked on line it ran from $6.95 to $9.95, they charged me three times $25, 00, and when I call no one answrs the phone, like today Thursday and no voice message, other times it's a voice message and when the front desk girl picks up the phone, she hangs up the phone on me when I tell her she over charged me, left messages for the doctor to get back, and no one did, now my credit card was charged $75.00 each time $25, and since it's an ATM< I cannot dispute it, and the bank tells me to contact the dentist... and this is what I am getting... They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures and gave me hand writting iestimate with no date or cover head??? and she booked me for October, even after I told the front dest I am wasn't interested. I felt like the doctor is not the one who makes the decition, it's either his wife, girlfriend or receptionist... they were just trying to make money off me. And I am upset for being charged three times...and no one to talk to... Date I was charged was July 27, 2011 3x$25 one within an hour apart???
