I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, or on a specific day. I was able to schedule it on the day I wanted to, and had plenty of time to think it over. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Dr. Nichols has an obvious concern about the quality of his work and takes great care to insure the health and safety of his patients.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
