It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Their staff was only friendly on my first visit, but when requesting a referral to an oral surgeon the receptionist/or who answer the phone was fairly rude and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome or pleased, in a hurry to hang up. The dental consul done last year was satisfying and the cleanning without problems. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again (although very limited insurance options). I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
