The Ideal Protein diet is SCARY people are losing their hair and getting terribly sick from the diet. I experienced horrible side effects! The diet is NOT approved by the FDA and is NOT a healthy dieting choice. After 2 days of the diet and realizing what it was doing to my body Dr. Shipley refused to give me a refund. He was mean and rude to say the least and demanded I sign a 'hand-made' gag order before he refunded my money. Please think long and hard before you choose this diet!
