This place is ridiculous, my husband works at the steel mill and was unable to make appointments because being forced over and being put on shift work. They say that calls were not made to cancel. I personally called for him when he was forced over and now they have sent him a letter stating they wil no longer provide service to him. I guess they have more than enough money.

Beware. This practice is very deceitful and will lie to your face. Get everything in writing.

So i had been going to Multi-Care specialists for years until i dropped them due to something they did to my in-laws that i didn't think was fair. Aside from that I still like Dr. Bell i just have no feelings lost for Dr. Eavenson. Because of this i referred my parents as their doctor left his practice on short notice due to battling Leukemia. MultiCare made their appt and received their medical records only to call them and cancel their appt because they were too close to "Medicare" age. My parents are not on Medicare, have insurance through the railroad along with another insurance AND a military insurance on top of that. This just did it for me. I don't feel bad at all now telling everyone to stay far away. This place just makes me sick!! Referred my parents to my new doctor and they will be seen in a couple weeks.

They seemed nice at first. However, I have a somewhat complex case that involves my whole spince, Regular physical therapy exercises do not work and make my issue worse. It was my fault for not reading my therapy script from my dr, but when I was handed the script back after asking for a copy and seeing them for a week I saw I was prescribed water therapy. I brought this up, as the PT, and chiro both read the script. All I was told if they don't do water therapy and it wasn't necessary anyway. After I saw Dr. Eavenson the last visit I was there he yelled at me up and down, saying I made angry faces at him and always looked confused, and challenged his authority in the medical field and he knows tons of patients with worse injuries than me who are not in as much pain and so I must have a low pain tolerance. I have been in constant 24/7 pain since 2005 so that is not it. They were too rough and conveniently to keep my business didn't tell my surgeon wanted water therapy. The chiro didn't even touch me, criticized me for crying out of pain and said 'if you can't cooperate, I can't help you.' for CRYING through everything asked in an attempt to cooperate. I was send a letter two days later saying I was dismissed from care. I called and they refused to tell me why as its not their policy to entertain conversations with former patients who received the letter.' I few weeks later I found a physical therapy place that offered water therapy and it made a world of difference. I do not recommend seeing these drs at all. I wish I had recorded the conversation, it was truly patient abuse. Yelling at me, telling me my pain can't be as bad as I say, not caring and getting mad when I asked why hadn't he told me I was suppose to get water therapy knowing he couldn't offer that to me. I have never experienced that anywhere else. On the up side, you can get a cappuccino there lol

They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I would most likely not recommend them to anyone. They customized their treatment somewhat for me but not very much. The place seems like an assembly line, rushing as many patients through as they possibly can. It is NOT a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is in a big hurry! They made me see Dr Eavenson after every physical therapy session, which is quite unnecessary. I believe it's a way for them to add to their billings. After all they have to pay for that facility & cappucino machine somehow. I saw the Physical Therapist chase down someone & insist that they couldn't leave until they saw Dr. Eavenson. Another time the Therapist called someone & told them they had to return & see the Dr. when they left without doing so. When the person didn't return, the Therapist called again & insisted. I would have been furious if it was me. I have changed to a different facility that doesn't feel rushed, hectic, and resemble an assembly line and doesn't require me to see the Dr. until I'm totally done with my PT.
