Dr. Farhoumand is a great doctor and very friendly. He will remember you and provide personal attention. They gave immediate appointment for my wife's tooth ache. That was our first appointment with them, they did not hesitate and even informed us while we were waiting on the waiting room that they know we are here and since they squeezed our appointment due to emergency, it will be 10 more minutes before they get to us.
I was very satisfied with the entire atmosphere and the level of service and care we were given. I decided to go with my dental exam with them and from there things went downhill. Like the other reviewer said, they were very aggressive and started procedures that i am not sure i needed. It felt more like business oriented rather than actual dental issues.

Friendly and seem relatively competent, however, I got a second opinion and I'm glad I did! They wanted to fill my mouth with (expensive) crowns (and unfortunately I let them start with one) when another dentist said I probably could have avoided any for awhile. They seem to be very aggressive and I worry that it's profit-motivated. I'm thankful that I have a oral hygenist in the family that thought the treatment plan sounded aggressive (esp. for my age) and recommended I get a second opinion. Otherwise, I would have just gone along with it b/c we're taught to blindly trust our healthcare providers. I know at least one other person that had a similar experience - tons of very expensive work recommended/ordered.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

While on vacation, I had a tooth emergency. Fortunately, I found Dr. Farshad Farhoumand. He could've performed an unnecessary procedure; however, he saved my tooth! He was honest, kind, and best of all a perfectionist! Dr. Farhoumand and his staff were kind, caring, and helpful. The Farhoumand Dental facility is phenomenal, state of the art, and impeccably clean. I felt that the staff and Dr, Farhoumand went out of their way to help me with this emergency! They even gave me a follow up call once I got home to see how I was doing! The integrity that Dr. Farshad Farhoumand exhibited is a rarity in today's world! I wish I were able to give him a 10 star rating!
