I felt so uncomfortable during my appointment because I could just feel the counselor judging me. It was not an environment that I felt safe to open up and discuss my issues. They definitely didn't give me helpful advice. The advice I was given made my situation much worse. I wish I had never gone. I didn't feel like they really cared about me or my situation. They seemed cold and indifferent. It's usually possible to get the appointment time that works well with my schedule.

I couldn't believe how kind and compassionate she was. Kathleen showed genuine concern for me and my situation, and I knew that I could always count on her sound advise and support. She makes herself available at times that I needed her. She is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her care. When comparing her to others I have visited for the same condition, she is certainly among the best I have ever seen.
