Sterling is a true professional. His background in Chiropractic may be part of the reason, but he knows the names of all the muscles big and small, and how they connect with tendons to the skeleton. But the real reason you’ll want to visit him is his good instinct as to what type of bodywork you need and respond to. He’s a good listener and can give a massage that ranges from relaxing to deep tissue work. I’ve seen him 6 or 7 times, and look forward to many more appointments in the future. His office is in central Palm Springs and is clean and well-appointed. Shower if needed, and plenty of warm wet and dry towels. All this, and he’s a very nice, handsome guy, too.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did the massage therapist use clean sheets?
Yes! They looked brand new!
Was the waiting area spacious?
Yes
Was the massage therapist able to customize their massages for clients with injuries?
Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage

Sterling is a most caring, empatic, and competent, health care provider.
I was very comfortable and relaxed while being 'worked on'.
He is there for 'you.' Gives all of his attention to you--the client.
I felt I was in great hands, as will you.
I will definitely return for more healing when needed !

Highly Recommended.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Every single time I visit, they vary their technique so I don't get the same massage every time. They are extremely knowledgeable.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.

Sterling was great he helped heal my right sholder. He helped me and I really appriciate the kind service.
