I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I was impressed with the service and the ability to see how patient the doctor was with my pet. Everything was explained before it was done.

When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) .

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water.
