Dr. Prudent and the staff here are very caring. I really appreciate how Dr. Prudent treats my cat and gives me great information and knowledge about her that I do not yet know. Also, we love the office cat!

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home.

It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets.
