I will never take my animals here again, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone. I don't want anyone else to experience what I went through. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They charged an excessive amount for the service they provided, taking advantage of people during an upsetting time. I checked with my vet and they charged me 3x more for medication than I would have been charged by my regular vet. I can understand having to pay more for an after hours visit, but to overcharge for the medication and other standard items. Basically just figure what you would spend at your vet and mark it up 300-400% and that's what it will cost you.
