Took my cat Clyde and was charged $498.74!!! This guy charges $235 just for digital xrays! Everything this guy charges for is grossly over charged!

If you want to over pay then go here. I am taking my animals to a different vet that doesn't rip everyone off. Also when he tells you "we need to get xrays so we can see what's going on" he doesn't bother to tell you he is gonna rip your face off with a $235 charge just for the xrays.

Then there is the $48 for simple sedation shot which you know cost him about $2 if that. I'm all for businesses making a profit but grossly over charging people because they have a sick animal is disgusting.

If you need your bird to be treated I suggest you stay away from Dr Iglesias. He only made my bird sicker. After thousands on dollars spent on different tests/treatments/medications, one day he just stopped accepting calls and never followed up on my bird's health again. After a quick check with a different vet, the bird had been over medicated for months!!!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care.
