Big rip off !! Cat brought in for a little red in urine and two hundred dollars later , a urine sample told us nothing. A n X-ray told us to do a surgery and a second opinion told us don't do the $1200 dollar surgery they were quick to recommend !! The straw that broke the camels back was when dr Naster accused me of being a liar and told me to never come back to the clinic! Have been a patient for over ten years...have three dogs, two cats and have never been treated so poorly! Insulted and disgusted !! One final thing...not any soap in any exam rooms? A health environment? No towels and a dirty sink in the common area...that should have been the warning!! So two hundred dollars to tell me take this anti biotic for no apparent reason- no fever no sick cat no lethargy....but now do a $1200 surgery cos the urine test came back without the result we were hoping for!!!
Stay away!! Be aware...low cost...not !!!
