Dr Bolton is very thorough and informative. He is obviously a Christian man who cares about his patient's overall well-being. He gives tips & instructions on home care (stretches & exercise) and he informs about the roll diet plays in the body's natural healing process. His adjustments are very gentle and extremely effective. There's never any pain, popping or cracking. I have seen such a huge difference in my pain level since I started treatment with him. I have been able to stop taking my prescription pain meds, and no longer consider surgery. I am amazed by my progress in such a short time, and am so excited & hopeful about my future, free from constant pain! I highly recommend Dr Bolton to everyone!! He is definitely a specialist in his field.
