I was a paitent of doctor I think that's where I made a big mistake and when i called his office they told before giving appoitnment all I have to do is just take care of the 45 dollar copay for each visit and need not worry about additional cost coming from my insurance provider etc. My employer gave some dollars in MRA account to use for medical purpose .
I noticed my MRA got washed away because Douglas fredman started charging additional money which I was told that would never happen and i wont have to pay out of my pocket. I saw for 5 to 6 visits I was charged more than 1000 dollars.
I called up the front desk of his office and after so much resistance from December 2017 I was asked to provide evidence that my MRA account was charged. I followed up with my insurance provider and provided all statements and was told from December 2017 that they will write a cheque for reimbursement and I religously followed up every week and I was told concerned perons will come only on month ends etc and also sent multiple emails I didn't know that they never had the intention to pay me back and all they want is to drag and push me back every time so that I will forget this and move on. One time irina the billing person incharge told that cheque is ready for sign off which was all fake excuse to hang up on me.

I lost my energy patience and called today and now they are saying they can't pay me back and they don't have the reason and if I said I want to talk to doctor they said doctor fredman said no for reimbursement.
No concrete reason was provixsd.

I am so upset because this facility foolde me , mis gudied me saying only 45 dollars per visit and charging 1000s of dollars. I am not sure who else like me have faced similar situation but please try to avoid tjis facility and there are lot of doctors in the near vicinity who will keep up their word . This place lacks integrity and honesty which is most important in this profession. Please think twice or thrice befkrb going here for any medical realted help

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
