Yes, I was in agony!

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

I would never go back to this doctor. She spend 5 minutes with me where she asked me almost nothing about my condition. She told me to come back in 3 weeks, which I did. A complete waste of time, she had nothing to ask or add. I asked her when I should make a next follow up appointment and she told me 3 months. 1 month later I called to have a prescription refilled. She said she wouldn't refill it unless I came in to see her. (I'd just seen her 4 weeks prior.)
This woman is either forgetful, doesn't write things down, doesn't listen, doesn't care. I would quickly find another physician and forget about this bad doctor as soon as you can.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
