I went for about 2 months for adjustments and unfortunately did not see any notable improvement. After a few weeks of seeing no pain relief, I expressed my concerns to Dr Nancy weekly, and she kept making excuses, such as it takes time for the body to heal, that I was under stress,that exercising was making me worse, etc etc and did not take my concerns seriously. It was not until I was almost done with the two months I pre-paid that she took me seriously and began to try some more aggressive adjustments. The staff is very nice but I feel I wasted 2 months and $1300 and I am still in a lot of pain everyday. :(

In my opinion this physician was a disgrace.I visited her for sever back pain. I was shown a video and then told there would be no treatment unless I signed a contract to submit to 20-30 more visits. WhenI asked to see how the first treatment or so worked out first she literally left me to crawl out of her office without even an offer of assistance. I could barely walk and had to call for help.Her reasoning was that only numerous visits would be effective. It was obvious that her only interest was her wallet. I contemplated filing a consumer complaint but thought it useless. I was fortunate enough to find an excellent provider--Dr.Romano in Madison who treated my condition in two visits--that was about two years ago. If anyone is considering this doctor I would check first to see if this hideously mercenary policy is still in effect. Even if it is not, I would still have concerns about a health care professsional so consummed by what seemed to me to be unbridled greed.

Smith Family Chiropractic is like heaven on Earth to me!! The staff is so warm and caring! I had multiple issues with my spine when I first began at Smith Family Chiropractic, mind you I had been getting adjusted by another Chiropractor for several years. Not only do the techniques used in this office REALLY work, but Dr. Nancy and Dr. Chris have no problem thoroughly explaining everything before they do anything, and answer every and all questions one might have, no matter how hard you try to stump them. The best part is there is a wide range of patients....while being at the office, I've seen everyone from infants, to elderly, and everyone in between and we all have the same common goal...to learn how to live healthy so we can be happy! There has been no greater gift given to me, than that of the referral from a close friend to Dr. Nancy. Dr. Nancy and the staff at Smith Family Chiropractic have changed my life forever! Thank you all for your continued service and dedication....it has never gone unnoticed!!!
