Dr Calcagno is one of those doctors that make you very uncomfortable- enough to where you dread going in to see him. He makes you feel stupid if yu ask questions, and acts almost like you are wasting his time coming in. Naturally, I stopped going and switched to another clinic entirely. I didn't like Olympia for many reasons, but Dr Calcagno was probably the number one reason. Not recommended. At all.

Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
Not at all. I had know idea if they thought I was making progress or not
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Yes, I was scared to say anything
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication?
No, I still take all my medication
