They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Pamela made sure every single question I had was answered, and she is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt very safe in Pamela's care. She was a great listener and very genunine. I definitely trust her. I have been to other counselors and coaches in the past and have had no success. After only a few sessions with Pamela I have gained positive steps towards my goals. I feel very hopeful in my recovery and excited about what the future holds!
