I needed a new doctor for latent TB because my previous doctor prescribed me the wrong pills. Dr. Dims was looking stuff up on his laptop the whole time and he didn't seem very knowledgeable about TB, which worried me. He told me incorrect information about the antibiotics. For example, he said I could eat within 30 minutes of taking the antibiotic, when the directions say I can't eat for 2 hours after taking the pills. Big difference. I know that's not his specialty, but I was uncomfortable.

I held this individual with high regard based on the reviews I read and the service he provided for my mother on the first two visits. My Mother is old and it takes her some time to get together and she has to be driven to her visits. I chose this Doctor also due to him having Saturdays available for his patients. He called me the week of my Mother's 3rd visit to re-schedule for a Tuesday. He arranged a visit afterward for 2 weeks. I received a call 1 hour before the visit to cancel and reschedule. (This was unacceptible but I was told there was an emergency.) The visit was rescheduled for 2 weeks later but he did not show. My mother was there for 45 minutes before anyone said anything to her! UNACCEPTIBLE!!!

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
