I have seen 3 acupuncturists for my chronic low back pain in the past 5 years. He is the only and last acupuncturist that is able to keep me with minimal pain and staying active.

I injuried my knee from a fall. I went to see one acupuncturist for 6 sessions and a chiropractor for 3 weeks, but the pain was still there all the time with limitation of my walking. I went to see Dr. Lu, the first session took over 50% off the pain. After 4 sessions in 2 weeks, the pain completely went away.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I felt very safe in their care during the entire treatment. I definitely trust them and their qualifications. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. They remain fully focused on me and never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me insane. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Was your acupuncturist knowledgeable about other elements of Chinese herbal medicine?
Extremely, they incorporated them into my treatment.
Did you feel safe in this acupuncturist's care?
Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
