Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Absolutely!

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I saw Dr.Kroft several times when my back went out . He did not take my insurance so I paid cash on EVERY visit. Each time I never really felt that much better but he would have me come back in. I did not go for a few months and my back went out again. I called for an appointment and they could NOT fit me in for 4 days. What good does that do me. Then my back went out again( horribly this time) I could not walk. I called for an appointment explaining my agony and they told Me to go to the ER they could not fit me in!!!!!!!!! I asked for my charts and they said they would have them waiting. I called 3 other chiropracture and ALL 3 were willing to fit me in that day. What good is a Chiropracture if they don't see you when your back goes OUT!!!!!!!!
