They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Alpert sees my girls and I comp;letely trust his judgement. The office and staff is the very kid-friendly, They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office is very conveniently located, right on Rt. 2, so it is easy to get to from anywhere in north central MA. I had an amazing experience and there new office. Dr. Alpert has been seeing my kids for years. Their new office make it perfect.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They treat every child as if where there own
