While Matthew Labertew, D.C. is a rather quiet and conservative person,, he will work with his clients to provide the best care available. He is always neat, clean, well-spoken, shaved and hair cut to boot, the only other thing he could do to make life better and easier is to provide follow-up at each session.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
