I have always been very pleased with my service from Dr. Briggs. She takes her time with me and listens with her heart, and does really care about her patients.

I love Dr. Briggs. I’ve been seeing her for several years and she has always been kind and caring. She listens and is compassionate.. her receptionist Pam is always smiling and also considerate and caring. God Bless both of them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Briggs since she opened her practice in Davidson County. I am a mental health practitioner myself and recognize good care when I receive it. She has always had my best interests at the forefront of her treatment. She is well trained, empathetic and very skilled.

I have seen Dr. Briggs for a year. I have found her to be a kind, caring, and compassionate physician. She has never appeared rushed and has always completely disclosed her plan of care.

Dr. Briggs is incompetent when it comes to knowledge about benzodiazepines. She cut my 74 year old mothers dose when she was already in a dangerous withdrawal state. She chose to prescribe her "new" medicine instead of what had a proven track record to help her for her condition. This sent her to the ER with seizures and a near stroke. I suggest doctors read their Hippocratic Oath and pay attention to the part that states they will "do no harm"! She put her in more harm by simply not increasing her medication, which put her in a serious withdrawal state. She has been on her medication for 22 years and it is the only thing that works for her. Dr. Briggs chose to push "new" medicine I suppose so she could get her kickback from the pharmaceutical rep.

Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions
