Above all, Dr. Boland taught me to how be independent, content and happy. He teaches that what you think directly corresponds to how you feel. If you learn to look objectively at what you are thinking, and make adjustments, you can attain a healthy emotional and physical life. Dr. Boland has all the patience in the world, but it took me time to learn to be patient with myself and disciplined enough to practice what I was learning. If you really want to be in control of your feelings and emotions and live a full, happy life,, Dr. Boland will walk you through the process to get there.
