Dr Bigby is an amazing doctor -- I constantly recommend her to anyone who asks. She is very patient, kind, and genuinely caring... unlike most doctors Ive had. She lets me explain all symptoms and answers all my questions without rushing or cutting me off. She's been able to help with just about every complaint Ive come into the office with, even some unusual requests. The office staff is just as kind and patient. Theyve gone above and beyond to help me understand insurance issues, even though that wasnt part of their job requirements. They even helped me get my first appointment on an urgent basis because I had recently moved and suddenly had a health problem; I had literally called about a dozen other doctors in town and no one was even willing to consider me. Dr. Bigby and her staff have always been there for me and I'm happy to recommend them!

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
