I felt like my needs were mostly met, They're always able to answer questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They have an excellent diagnostician doctor who evaluates you when you start and monitors your progress.
