December 30, 2021…My back hurt so bad that I cried because of the pain. I never cry. I am healthy, very athletic and active. I am on vacation in Borrego Springs for several months. When I called, Dr. Caldwell got me in to see her right away. I am very educated in health and in tune with my body. Dr. Caldwell diagnosed and work through my issues over several visits. I was pretty messed up, to the point I considered flying home to see my chiropractor, but Dr. Caldwell has gotten me back on track. I will say this is the worst I have been in 10 or more years, so she is truly a miracle worker. Many thanks to Dr. Caldwell as my health and be active is a top priority to me. 👍MG

She is a wonderful, Dr, She really takes her time to understand you. I had taken a fall off my bicycle and really needed an adjustment. She also worked on muscle mass that was affected. I am so glad to have found her and highly recommend her.

I am a Canadian Snowbird who visits beautiful Borrego Springs every winter. This past March, I was experiencing back pain. My husband had gotten treatment from Dr. Sylvia Caldwell a few years back when he had experienced similar back pain and she was able to bring immediate relief so I made an appointment to see her and was happy to get in within 24 hours.

My first appointment was an hour as Dr. Caldwell spends considerable time getting background medical information before she starts her treatment. I found her to be very professional and informative, giving me all kinds of information and suggested exercises to help minimize/prevent future injuries.

I experienced immediate relief from my first appointment and returned for a half-hour appointment a week later for follow-up and further treatment, after which my back pain was totally relieved.

I would highly recommend Dr. Caldwell to any of the many winter visitors Borrego Springs attracts. It is always a bit nerve-wracking to go to a new/unfamiliar health professional, but Dr. Caldwell certainly put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with her treatment. I will not hesitate to return to her for future treatments if required.
