After xrays and MRI, Dr Blank put together a detailed treatment plan targeted at relieving a pinched nerve in my back which led to severe leg pain and carefully follow through. The office staff took care of the insurance and conveniently scheduled appointments. Now I visit monthly, for general health followups like show shoveling pain.
I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
