It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their patients. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. I have been a patient of Dr. Wasco for many years and have never been disappointed in her care or demeanor. I owe my ability to continue working despite my chronic back problem.

I honestly felt that I was going to be injured during my adjustment, or that their equipment would fall apart. Everything seemed so old and outdated, it couldn't have been safe. The cologne they wore was absolutely terrible and almost unbearable. They should have considered their clients before putting it on. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
